Adding A 7915 expansion module to Cisco Call Manager
Issue: After connecting a cisco 7915 Sidecar, I could see the module in CUCM but the client loging into his phone through the web, could not see the added module. What did I do wrong?
I added a cisco 7915 expansion module (12 ports) to a cisco 7962 phone. I selected the right module under the phone configuration in CUCM, I setup all twelve buttons on the module to be SDBLF and I also set the “SUBSCRIBE Calling Search Space” to match the CSS of the Target phones.

Yes the user can see the changes I made through CUCM as an admin. The changes show on the sidecar (the expansion module) but when she logs into her phone web page she cannot see them.
Thank you

I interpret from this that logging through the /ccmuser web page your user can't see what exactly?
You can't change BLF speed dials as a user.
Is the expansion showing those speed dials on screen?
