Cisco phone wrong tftp

Hi,

I have a new cisco 7965 with sip firmware.  We are running several other 7960's without issue.  The issue is that the 7965 is using dhcp and keeps polling the tftp server address of 49.48.46.49, which means nothing to me.  This is the only phone that picks up the wrong tftp address.  On a different network with an pix 515e, it does pick up the correct tftp address, but when it is on a network with an ASA 5510, it gets the 49.48.46.49 address, even with other 7960s getting the correct address.

Also, both firewalls are setup as DHCP server, with option 66 and 150 set as the correct ip addresses via ascii.  Changing to IP from ascii option makes no change on phone when on ASA network (although it does mess up 7960's).

Any ideas?

Can you grab a sniffer capture from that IP Phone? It sounds to me like the DHCP server in that location is offering the wrong settings.

All the other phones (7960s), pick up the correct settings?  I'll have to work on a sniffer capture
