Is there any other event in the App logs ?
Run EXBPA from toolbox ..... check for any dependency on this service
After the uninstall was the server restarted if not please do so and check

microsoft exchange mail submission  service
AFTER THE LOG ON USER CHANGE Event ID 12014 SHOWED UP
now i did followed an article
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555855 that might had pushed forward the solution.
then after i restarted i got the Warning message :
Source: MSExchangeMailSubmission
Event ID 1009
MSExchangeMailSubmission is currently unable to connect any Hub Transport Server in the Active Directory Site
i collected these logs after 3rd restart
msexchange system attendant Exchange    event ID 4001
EvntAgnt    event id 3006
MSExchangeMailSubmission      event ID: 1009
msexchange Assistants    event id 9039
With your ID run
Setup.com /prepareAD from the same SP CD that Exchange is installed at the moment

should i run it on the DC1 and DC1 has sp2 same as the exchange 2007.
should i run it from the win server 2003 R2 service pack 2
and can you please explain what to do next .
You need to run this from Exchange 2007 SP2 or even i would say Upgrade to SP3 for Exchange 2007.

If your running the command it can be run on the Exchange server itself from the normal command prompt

Rancy ,1st let me thank you for your assistance ,
well regarding your last post i already have EXCHANGE 8.3 (SP3) INSTALLED
AND I DON'T THINK I HAVE THE BUNDLE (SP3) AS A CD BUT RATHER AS A FOLDER ON THE EXCHANGE DESKTOP .
SO SHOULD I EXECUTE THIS COMMAND FROM THE RUN
open a command prompt on the Exchange server ....... and navigate to the folder where you have the setup file for Exchange 2007 SP3 and then you can run the /preparead command

- Rancy
i inserted the exchange server 2007 sp1 and started the command ,and it has been for 10 min at 17%.
is it fine
at organization preparation 17%
its syill stuck at 17%
with setup.com process cpu utilization 00
should i force stop it
nopes lets wait and if your Exchange is SP3 you should run the command from the same Setup file

- Rancy
sorry i forced stopped it .it stayed for 40min at 17% with no cpu %
no worries if stopped .....
