How to keep \ (backslash) from inserting before ' on form submits
I have a couple of forms that when when a word is written, example: "he's" the word is inserted into the mysql database as "he\'s"

Magic Quotes is usually the problem when you find backslashes in your data base. Please read this article and post back with any questions. It explains what happened and what you can do about it.
