We have 10 concurrent licenses for Crystal Report Server XI R2. It often happens users don't log out and close their browser window so their license is still being used on the server. I know there is this setting "When I close my browser window ... always ask before logging me off InfoView / always log me off InfoView " but that doesn't work at all.
To clear up these licenses, we have to go into the Central Configuration Manager and restart the Central Management Server quite often.
Is there another way to clear up these concurrent licenses, time-out sessions or or restart the CMS automatically perhaps every 4 hours?

If the timeouts aren't working, I don't know of another way.
Do you have the timeout for most users set to a short time like 10 minutes?
There are other products available that are cheaper and in some ways easier to use that avoid the licensing issue.

Where do you set the timeout for users? I haven't found that setting yet.

I don't know, I just kow it is possible. We use other Crystal Enterprise tools and we were having a timeout issue as developers and they changed the timeout from 10 minutes to 1 hour
