HP Procurve  v1910 POE switch VLAN Question

Hi all I am new  Network VLaning can anyone help
Is it possible to create 2 vlans  on a v1910 switch.
 VLAN 803 will be for VoiP   ports 1-12    10.20.3.240/28
VLAN 802  will be for data  ports  13-20  20.30.4.0/24

Both VLANs will have separate subnets and separate Internet connections.
will   need to tag the ports  ?
