Outlook 2007 message format cannot save .

We have a user outlook 2007 around 10 profile . user complain the outlook message format (message default font, color.. ) always roll back. pls advise how to fix ASAP,

To set outlook defaults:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-ca/outlook-help/change-the-default-font-or-text-color-for-e-mail-messages-HA010239585.aspx

I do believe you need to set these settings under each profile.
