How to use a 320 GB seagate 2.5 inch SATA drive in a XBOX 360?

I have a plain-jane 320 GB Seagate HD that I want to install in my Xbox 360.  I have seen several tutorials on performing this and it looks daunting!  There seems to be a nice utility for Western Digital Drives called Hddhackr for updating the firmware.  Apparently, I need a Hddss.bin file that is for my type of drive as well…..

Is there an easy way to perform this on a Seagate hard drive?  Clear simple direction would be awesome!
