I have a customer that currently has a 2003 r2 DC and another 2003 r2 server hosting exchange server 2003.
That customer is consolidating his servers into a single SBS2011 server.
Where can i find migration docs for this?  Everything that I have found deals with SBS 2003 > SBS2011 rather than 2003 standard > sbs2011.
