Is this a HP server? found several sources indicating an issue with this and HP servers, this is apparently the correct fix for the issue:

This message is generated by the LO100 driver, which is hpqmgmt.sys and it is represented on the HP Downloads website, with the following name:

HP ProLiant 100-Series Management Controller Driver for Windows Server 2003/2008 x64 edition.

The warning is generated, because this driver does not provide support for ASR under Windows platforms as outlined in the 1.3.0.0 release note of this driver.

This warning message can be safely ignored, and it will not impact performance or stability.

If needed, there is a way for the message to stop appearing in the System Event log, by doing the following change on the server's BIOS:

Go to the server's BIOS (press F10 during POST).

Go to the Advanced section

Go to the IPMI or IPMI Configuration option.

Find the option called IPMI Watchog Timer .
NOTE: You may find the option inside another submenu called Watchdog Configuration .

By default, the option is Reset System ; change it to Disabled .
NOTE: The options names may change from server to server. You may refer to the specific server's Software Configuration Guide manual.
