I have created Equipment Mailboxes in our Exchange 2010 server for our five (5) conference call #'s. I did this so that our various departments who use them can reserve them for specific times. They are set up properly, I have showed the users how to create reservations for them with the 'New Meeting' tool in Outlook 2010 (they are already booking conference rooms in a similar manner), and the process works properly. When reserved, the user gets a notice from the confcall mailbox that their request has been accepted.
My questions is this: How do I do the standard repsonse they recieve from the cc mailbox to include the phone # and access code (and any other pertinetn info for that matter)? Also, is it possible to set the auto response so that all other initees recieve the same info?
