You cannot achieve this using the Out of office assistant as once you enable this rule it will apply for every message. However, i have an alternate for you.

You will have to test it before you get the desired result.

Create a rule in Outlook :

Apply this rule after the message arrives
have server reply using "message"
except with "yourdomain.com" in the sender's address
