.Net Error issue

I have another issue. I keep getting this error. My .net application works fine on my desktop server but when I put it on the windows server 2008, This error occurs. Can someone assist

What is the error?  You don't really give anything to work on.  Is it .Net 3.5?  ,Net 2.0?  What is the app?  Is this something you coded?  Do you have all of the runtime libraries needed to run?  Do you need to run .Net Cleanup?  Hmm..  Kind of speculating here.

First, thanks for taking this case. I am using .Net 4.0 with windows 2008 server. The appication works fine on my desktop and even when I used the IIS on my desktop. When I deploy it on windows server 2008 is when I get the attatched error

I have to apologize.  I did not come back to this until now..

Second Answer: Assembly.ReflectionOnlyLoad  may do what you need?
