Eliminating line breaks

This is a continuation from http://www.experts-exchange.com/Web_Development/Web_Languages-Standards/CSS/Q_27975661.html#a38714889 to investigate removing multiple line breaks that occur after:

Line breaks are being used to avoid the paragraph below the image, push up into the image.
