All unread mail on ipad

Is there a way for me to view all unread mail on my iPad? I have sub folders....

Currently there is no way in the iOS Mail application to filter unread email. HOWEVER, what you CAN do is swipe down from the top of the screen to bring up the notification center. Scroll down to the mail heading, and you will see all unread emails with a blue circle to the left of them.
