I am trying to setup external access to Lync 2013. I currently have;

1 front end Lync server (Lync)
1 Edge Lync Server (LyncEdge)
1 TMG server (TMG)

The Lync Edge server and TMG server both have their own internet connections;

Lync Edge on - 195.001.001.001
TMG on - 195.001.001.002

I just need information on which external domain names point to which server. Its currently setup as follows;

Lync.mydomain.com - to - Lyncedge on 195.001.001.001
Lyncdiscover.mydomain.com - to - Lyncedge on 195.001.001.001

dialin.mydomain.com -to- TMG on 195.001.001.002
meet.mydomian.com -to- TMG ON 195.001.001.002

Is this the correct setup for the domains?

Not that is incorrect, all of those FQDNS need to point to the Reverse Proxy.  The Lyncdiscover URLs need to point to the Lync web services which will provide the registrar FQDN to the clients after they 'check-in' with the web services.

I suggest reading through this article for a clearer understanding of which FQDNs are tied to which Lync servers and services:
