Not sure what context cascading is, but each context requires a pair of VLANs- one for inside and one for outside. You can't put vlans in more than one context. So if you wanted to have the inside of one be the outside of another for example, you can't do that.

However, you can certainly route between 2 contexts to acheive the same thing.

The FWSM does NOT provide VPN functions, which are in the PIX. Cisco has a separate VPN service module for that.
