Hi,
Our organization conducts skype interview and we use to make a one to one skype interview with the candidate where other the far site candidate cannot see the remaining panel room members. In order to eradicate these issue we purchased a new polycom HDX 8000.
I am not happy with the way the the far site candidate will use to connect with polycom. i.e by using a Poly Telepresence Software.
I want a simple way like Gotomeeting or Webex where you just send a meeting link and participant joins the meeting.
Is there are such ways with Polycom HDX 8000 or is there any way to integrate with Skype.
Note: Please give solution other than Microsoft Lync 2010
Yes I came to know that Polycom will make this option available by March 2013.
But is there any alternative way so I can make easy for the remote site users ( candidate) to get easliy connect to my polycom ?
Thanks

I have tested BlueJeans. Its Great But I have only one concern, Is it possible to blue jeans skype account to send the add contact request.
Or is there any possibility with Bluejeans that I can contact the candidate one by one after finishing each interview.
Thanks I appreciate your help in this issue.

No, BlueJeans is limited to the experience you see in the free trial period. It's a 'meet in the middle' bridging service only.
The best solution for using Skype is to utilize Lync 2013 when it's available with video interop, but that is still a little off. You'll need to be patient while the rest of the standards-based video industry and Skype become more integrated over time.
