Regards the DL380g7 , which network card has UTP capability, because I want to use the copper not fiber wire.
as I heard that is no 10 GE in pc system , only in mac pro or in the proliant or blade system server , right ??

You will need the following
1. DL380G7: Any of the following network card with the correct GBIC for either UTP / Fibre
NOTE: A minimum of two Gigabytes (2 GB) of server memory is required per each adapter.
NOTE: Direct Attach Cable (DAC) for copper environments or fiber transceivers and cables for fiber-optic environments must be purchased separately.
HP NC522SFP Dual Port 10GbE Gigabit Server Adapter 468332-B21
HP NC550SFP Dual Port 10GbE Server Adapter 581201-B21
HP NC523SFP 10Gb 2-port Server Adapter 593717-B21
HP NC552SFP 10Gb 2-port Ethernet Server Adapter 614203-B21
HP 10 GbE PCI-e G2 Dual Port Network Interface Card 516937-B21
2. z400:
There are no official 10GE option for the z400. You may try the above adapters but make sure there are corresponding slot available in the z400
3. MacPro
There are a number of card choices and it is a discussion on Apple support forum

4. Switch / Cable
Last but not least you need a switch and some cables to hook up everything, the choice would depend one where you run on copper (UTP) or fibre. A discussion could be found here
