Debug jquery expander

Hi

I have this site...

Please can someone provide a fresh pair of eyes and tell me why my expander submenu doesn't work when you click Flooring & Rugs

The event call is in rules.js line 51

I have it working on local build but cant see what I have missed on live

Sorted it

Didnt upload the twitter.js so was failing to continue loading anything else when reporting on that error.
