Hi guys,

I am trying to create email address for a client domain and I want their emails to be as such.

user first name: Richard
Last Name : Steiner
email: rsteiner@xyz.com

Please note that i have imported the users into AD from a previous AD and I want to make sure that when creating emails it does not just pick the user logon name pre-entered in AD but that it picks the users first name initial and the last name just as above.

Any heads up on how to accomplish this task?

Regards,

Richard Steiner
