Sorry to be a bit delayed on this<br />

I just figured it was any sound file above 3MB as few users got some New Year feeds as email but couldnt hear them and that pushed me and we found that new server that the limit so made changes rebooted and now things look better

After migrating from one BB server to another BB server on another environment test users arent able to check VM on their BB devices however we can see and check them in Outlook, OWA, Iphone and other devices<br />
