Polycom HDX 8000 Behind ASA Firwall

Hi,
I have a newly installed Polycom HDX 8000 to work properly with Cisco ASA Firewall. I have opened all ports on ASA Firewall.  

The internal ip of polycom 10.1.1.10 and external ip 1.1.1.1
I have been running  into this issue
a- Remote Site cannot see my video and cannot hear my audio but I can see them and hear them.

Please can anyone help me.

What ASA are you using?  Are you using the ADSM to configure?

In your ASA's ACL's did you open the ports for both directions?  (Incoming as well as Outgoing)

Yes I am using ASDM and I using version 8.0 ( 4). I'll  reconfigure and get back to you soon.
