In your ASA's ACL's did you open the ports for both directions?  (Incoming as well as Outgoing)

What ASA are you using?  Are you using the ADSM to configure?

Here are step by step instructions for the 5505 and a Polycom from Polycom:  http://community.polycom.com/polycom/attachments/polycom/VideoEndpoints/1204/1/How%20To%20-%20Configure%20Cisco%20ASA%205505.pdf

Yes I am using ASDM and I using version 8.0 ( 4). I'll  reconfigure and get back to you soon.

Thanks for the help.
