Read that Lenovo X230 has it.  Does E6230 has it?

not taken delivery yet).

Is E6230's power adapter bulkier & heavier than Lenovo X220's ?

Possibly, but may not...

I really don't know the answer to that but I do know they make universal adapters.

It would be based mainly on power output (Amps and Watts).
