DotNetNuk6.2 W3c Validation error and warning

Dear All,
     I have an errors in w3c HTML validation in my website

Error Line 467, Column 97: & did not start a character reference. (& probably should have been escaped as &.) how can i solve this error because the link is generate from the dnn code. and also this warning
Warning Line 140, Column 86: The name attribute is obsolete. Consider putting an id attribute on the nearest container instead. it is the module name. so help me please :(

The name is only a warning, so if it is not convenient to change it; don't worry about it the page will validate with a warning.  

If you do not have control of the code that is generating the & then you will just have to live with it.  I have the same problem all the time with RSS feeds.  You either have to live with it or get rid of the source that is generating it.

Thanks COBOLdinosaur, but my client does not need this worming also can you guide me how can i access source for & in the URL link?

I work in open source.I have no idea what you need to do to fix dotnetnuke code. So find the place in the dnn code where the name attribute is being generatd and either remove the name attribute or change it ti an id.  For the ampersand, find where it is being generated and change it to &

I cannot guarantee that the changes will not cause new problems, because I have not seen the code, and probably would not easily understand it if I did.
