I have a user who has an S/MIME digital cert setup with an email address. His email address is changing due to the company being acquired. He has no idea where the digital certificate is, and I have no idea how he got one. All he knows is that he had it before with his old email so he could send/receive encrypted email.
I assume he needs to create one, but how does he do that?
