DPM 2012 keeps crashing when backing up SQL databases

Each sql database I try to backup receives an inconsistency error when backing up. the error ID 33123.

I had a similar problem and it was permissions

does the backup account and DPM have correct rights

Ended up re-installing client on all machines and all backups are working again
