Limitted Connectivy? Outlook 2010

Hi,

Common ground:

- Outlook 2010, part of Office 2010 Pro Plus
- Outlook Hotmail Connector v14.0.6123.5001
- E-mail accounts on Outlook.com

Status:
- Multiple Customers with small MAILBOXES in Outlook.com with a notebook, a desktop and iDevices: All working perfectly, never an issue.
- My own group of small Outlook.com MAILBOXES with nultiple PCs, Notebooks, Tablets and iDevices: All working perfectly, never an issue.

Problem:
- A Customer with a large MAILBOX (1,2 GB of MAIL, 4,00+ contacts, 4,000+ calendar items) having all kind of problems like:

     - Limitted Connectivity message in Outlook status bar: At the office, at home and even when I create a profile for it on my own Outlook, in my network whre I ahve never had those messages while using my multiple Outook.com accounts --> Clearly, it ahs nothing to do with the network or the Firewall.

      - SYNC Errors like:

Is there anyone with an idea of what is going on and how to fix this?

I've read a lot of similar issues on the microsoft forum, many people with X64 system experienced this problem on 2011 then maybe Microsoft fixed it on the windows updates. So try to update the system ...
If it is not working, try also to disable the firewall and the antivirus for some minutes (Just in case ...) .

You reminded me I did not provide some key details: OS is W7 Pro 64-bits, but Office is 32-bits.

What exactly do you mean by "updating the system"?

It has nothing to do with Firewall or Antivirus, trust me. I guess you are drawn to that idea because of the limited connectivity problem. To start, as said, it happens in all networks, so that is just not possible. Second, it is intermittent while all other network activity is working fine.
In fact as I sayed connectivity issues for firewall and antvirus was just a check. The main reason should be a Microsoft problem against 64 bit machines, try using Windows update and install all patches
Another important thing is to keep the system clock always updated ... Live gives a lot of throubles when clock is not perfectly alligned
