I have 2 domains that have the same dns servers.
Only 1 web site is setup in IIS, however both domain names will display the web site.

How can I prevent one of the web sites from not working? I do not want the domain to server any pages.

what version of IIS are you using ?

See below on using host headers, this will ensure you serve a site based on host name.
