IBM Bladecenter Nortel switch issue

Dear EE,

We have a IBM Bladecenter with integrated Nortel switch.
The problem is I am not able to change anything on the switch because I am getting the following errors:

Bladecenter is on the remote location. I think one reload will solve problem but what if I can't boot a switch?

Can you help me to remove these errors or what is the best option for me. Let me mention that no one at this location

Probably IBM support is not free. It is reason why I asked EE :)

Also, we are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility and install new IOS and reload a switch.

I re-installed to new  IOS and reboot switch.
