I have a full Qlikview licence,

a.
Can I sell developed applications sell to any person who has also his own full licence ?
Thus just plain copy my app to that user?

b. Can I protect my source against copying and/or editting/changing by the end user?

b) You can change a few basic security settings in Qlikview - look under document properties
