I have an iPhone 5.  I don't have access to the pc that my iPhone/itunes was synced with.  I have voice memos on my iPhone (4 hours in one memo) that I need to transfer to a pc.  How can I get these memos off my iPhone onto a pc.  Currently when I try to do this through iTunes it tells me I'll have to erase everything off my iPhone in order to sync with iTunes.  I can't do that!  I understand you can transfer from iTunes to iPhone without deleting but I need to go the other way.  Thank You.

You can also email or MMS the voice memo directly from your phone. If you only have a few files, emailing them may be a good option.

1. From the voice memo screen click the silver button in the lower right corner. This will take you to a list of your voice memos.
 2. Select the voice memo you want to share and press the large blue share button at the bottom right of the screen.
 3. Select Email or MMS

i agree that the best way to do it would be to  share it via mms or email or even Bluetooth
or you could sign up for google drive or dropbox
