Hello,
Offshorent.com is not accessible from New Zealand. The site is hosted by Softlayer in Texas.
Can some one give me any advice on how to trouble shoot this issue. We are not prohibiting any IPs from anywhere to the best of my knowledge.
Thank you.

Have you tried http://www.offshorent.com ?   'Offshorent.com' redirects to that.

Don't know then.  I tried Uptrends http://www.uptrends.com/aspx/free-html-site-page-load-check-tool.aspx because they have servers all over the world to test from and although the site is slow, it loaded from Melbourne and Hong Kong.  Had trouble loading it from Dallas though.

I found that this was a setting on our ISP to automatically prevent spammers from visiting from other countries. No more an issue
