I have a proscan 32la30q  tv that I have changed the capacitors on the main board out.  There is still no power going to the board that control the lamps or lights in the back.  I know the TV is working.  Have place a hand held light and there is activity on the screen.  I am searching for a repair manuel that can tell me the output voltages from the main board to the other boards.  If it is not a bad capacitor what else do I need to look for to see why there is no power to the lights.

I think first you have to look at the brand name and understand who and where produce these TVs.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ProScan

Seems difficult to get support or even the schematic.

I do not know if is illegal or not, but I found next website where people share sometimes schematics:
