I have a proscan 32la30q &nbsp;tv that I have changed the capacitors on the main board out. &nbsp;There is still no power going to the board that control the lamps or lights in the back. &nbsp;I know the TV is working. &nbsp;Have place a hand held light and there is activity on the screen. &nbsp;I am searching for a repair manuel that can tell me the output voltages from the main board to the other boards. &nbsp;If it is not a bad capacitor what else do I need to look for to see why there is no power to the lights.
