First of all what do you mean when you say "Microsoft scanner"? Are you talking about virus scanner, scanner (scan documents); and second, do you want to run this at a certain time or when users logon or logoff?

Do you know how to use MS scanner from the command line or is this what you need help with? Or do you need help making sure the scanner runs when they logoff (and if so do you want to set this up on each PC or have it controlled from the domain controller/server using group policy objects)?
