Granting Full Access to Mailbox through EMC, Account Automatically Adds to Outlook

When I log into the Exchange management console and give myself full access to an account, it automatically adds to Outlook on my machine.  I use to have to add the mailbox.  I do not see anything in group policy for this an am stumped.  I do not want this to automatically happen.
