Java got updated on our server to Java 6 Update 32 from Java 6 Update 18 automatically.  Now the BAS will not open (page cannot be displayed).  We attempted to remove Java 6 Update 32, but it would error out.  To get rid of Java 6 Update 32 we installed Java 7 and then installed JavaRA to delete old versions.  Then we removed Java 7.  Finally we installed Java 6 Update 18 again like it was.  However it still won't open.

We verified that the jvm.dll path in the registry is correct.

During our troubleshooting we know the following:

1.  We know that Apache is not listening on port 443
2.  We know that the BAS-AS.exe never goes above 42 MB's
3.  We know that the BAS-AS logs are no longer being generated

A fix to this problem would be great.

I looked at the other article already but it didn't fix the issue. With the clean install will I have to active everyone again?

Contacted RIM which did many things to get it working.  Registry edits and BES repair.
