Event ID 1111 Terminal Services Printers error on DC

I'm getting the Event ID 1111 on one of our DC's.  It states a few errors listed below.  How do I fix this?  The odd thing is this location doesn't even have an HP6510 printer.  One of our other locations does.

Driver HP Photosmart 6510 series required for printer HP Photosmart 6510 series (Network) is unknown. Contact the administrator to install the driver before you log in again.

Driver PDF Complete Converter required for printer PDF Complete is unknown. Contact the administrator to install the driver before you log in again.

Driver Snagit 10 Printer required for printer WebEx Document Loader is unknown. Contact the administrator to install the driver before you log in again.

you are getting those from someone using RDC to remote into the DC.  On the RDP Listener on the DC, you can configure it to not connect printers.

We use Citrix Receiver.  How do I configure the RDP Listener?

from memory, admin tools, remote desktop, remote desktop session host config, right click rdp listener,client tab i think has the setting you want.
