How many records are in XXALM_PROJECT_REPORT_T and how is that table organized? I see a column PROJECT_NUMBER that will be the key for the table XXALM_PROJECT_REPORT_T but if I look at for example: PROJECT_NUMBER=St.Regis-DEV-ABD-JO and TASK_NUMBER=2.1 I see 5 records in your sample output but the last column has unique values, so no 'double' output as far as I can see.

Can you do this select and look at the output you get:

select * from XXALM_PROJECT_REPORT_T
where PROJECT_NUMBER='St.Regis-DEV-ABD-JO' and TASK_NUMBER='2.1';
