Reporting Services Error - rsCredentialsNotSpecified

We recently moved office locations for a Windows Server 2008.  We are running IIS7, SRSS and SQL 2008. The whole application uses an ASP.net front-end. Since hooking it back up our SSRS isn't working correctly.

When using report builder to test a report, I get the error in the attacked jpg, telling me my connection string hasn't been initialized, when testing the datasource.

-Where do you initialize connection strings in SRSS?

When I attempt to run the report from the website, I get the error in the attached htm file, "One or more data source credentials required to run the report have not been specified. (rsCredentialsNotSpecified)"

Nothing should have changed in the application. We changed some IP addresses and DNS settings since we were in a new location, but nothing in IIS or SRSS. I am at a loss. Thanks for your help.

Here is a good spot on how to update these settings from the report server url:

Thank you. The section titled: "To verify or correct credentials or to enable data sources for Reporting Services" is what I was looking for. Somehow the credentials in the data source were blank.
