What are some ways to creat help files for Visual Studio 2010 winform applicaitons.

I noticed that the MDI form already has the Help Menu item, but I am not sure how to create the help.

1.  Just general overview help file with some search
2. Adding some F1 help on controls, grids to show specific help to those areas.

Thanks,

Rog
