My TS users keep dropping and the error says trying to reconnect, this came out of no where it was working fine. I was talking with some friends they suggested that it is in my firewall. Has anyone had issues with a fortigate 50b firewall dropping TS connections?

I know this will sound too simplistic, but it worth trying, if you haven't yet: restart your 50B.  We had a similar problem with a client and it turns out the they had a problem after a few days of no troubles.  Restarting the unit released some resources and they were OK for a while after.

If you have indeed restarted the unit, then verify that the issue is with multiple users coming in from multiple locations.  This is to rule out any connectivity problems with the remote network.

run a ping from the client's machine to see what the latency on their connection, if it gets too high, that could be an issue.
