Migration Exchange 2003 Enterprise to Exchange 2013 Enterprise

I'm upgrading in the next couple of weeks. Exchange 2003 to 2013.  Has anybody had any problems during the upgrade. What is the upgrade procedure.
Please be as detailed as possible. Any concerns about the upgrade ?

I thank you in advance for your help.

So far no upgrade path was informed by Microsoft from any legacy version to Exchange 2013.

You have to upgrade from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 and wait for MS update to upgrade exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013

If you have any plan in place, inform here experts will review and show a green or red signal

Exchange 2010 SP3 is suppose to come in this quarter and then only MS will release the migration plan. More to read here

you can find the deployment assistant tool also from Microsoft as they had not updated to 2013 version in this link.

will suggest you to wait for some time and let Microsoft announce it.
