Link an .avi file on another server in Sharepoint 2010

I have a huge .avi file on our File Server.  I want to put a link to it in SharePoint 2010.

I know how to link youtube videos but can't figure out how to point to an .avi file on another server.

I also dont want to upload the video to Sharepoint.
