Have a look here: http://developer.android.com/tools/building/building-cmdline.html

But it would be easier if you use the Eclispe ADT plugin, since it compiles everything for you as well as signing the apk for you: http://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/installing-adt.html

But I just need apk file from this source code. Then I need step by step how to generate it.

The exact step by step sequence is explained in the links I posted earlier. But you will need other tools as well, like ant. Building the apk file if you're not familiar with Android and java is not an easy task, this is why I suggested you use Eclispe with the android plugin installed (my second link).
