Flag followup in reminder outlook 2010 message

Dear Team,

I want to set a default message for followup reminder as 7.00 AM.

The below steps which i am performing for set the reminder in a new compose message.

outlook 2010 -> New Email Message ->  follow up -> Add Reminder -> Flag for me -> Set reminder. and it shows as 2.00 Pm. but i want to set it as 7.00 Am default .

How to do in user's outlook 2010.
