1st custom list with 3 columns: x(Text),y(Text),z(Person/group).
2nd list whch lookups all 3 columns from above list : lookup:x, lookup:y, ????
Is there any way to lookup col z which is "person or group" type.

Hello,

not out of the box, no. The person/group field is by definition already a lookup field (to the SharePoint user list) and cannot be used as the source for a lookup column.

You would need to create a regular lookup to a text field and then manipulate the code. I have not tried this, but here is an approach that may work:

I don't understand the wording for the request for deletion.

Out of the box it can't be done. That is a valid answer.

Answer: No, that cannot be done.

Even if you don't like the answer or it does not solve your issue, it is a valid answer and deserves to be closed properly.
