how to use bios prebuilt pxeboot

i am newbie, get a new server which is supermicro x9 series server. 6027tr-d71rf+ , which i saw it have prebuilt pxeboot after the initial.

i have a usb cdrom which have iso file inside. but how am i make it boot from that cdrom.

in bios boot feature, can not see boot from usb.

if there any command i can use to boot from usb cdrom. there is 2 usb port.

First of all you cannot boot from a disk that has an ISO file on it.  You must burn the ISO file to another CD/DVD disk.  

You would use a program such as Nero or UltraISO to burn the ISO file correctly to the blank optical disk.

Then try booting with it.
