Server 2012 on HP Proliant DL180se G6 - SNMP monitoring

I want to set up third party software to monitor a server's health using SNMP - normally just installing all the updates in theService Pack for Proliant and configuring SNMP does the job.  Just set up a new server - a Proliant DL180se G6 - running Server 2012, but the HPSUM installer says that:

No install was run, due to failed dependencies
Installed Components : None.

  Component File Name: cp018045.exe
Component Name: HP Insight Management Agents for Windows Server x64 Editions
Dependency failed. Its installation requires one or more of the following that is not currently installed or in the install set:
    -  HP ProLiant Advanced System Management Controller Driver for Windows
    -  HP ProLiant iLO Advanced and Enhanced System Management Controller Driver for Windows
    -  HP ProLiant iLO 2 Management Controller Driver for Windows
    -  HP ProLiant iLO 3 Management Controller Driver for Windows
    -  HP ProLiant iLO 3 Management Controller Driver for Windows
    -  HP ProLiant iLO 3/4 Channel Interface Driver for Windows
    -  HP ProLiant 100-Series Management Controller Driver for Windows

Now there's no iLO installed in the server, but that's never been a problem before.  I wasn't able to find an Advanced System Management Controller Driver for Server 2012 available for download - is this the problem (i.e. just wait until it's released) or could there be something else I need to do?

The HP Management Homepage reads "Management Processor: none" - is this relevant?

Many thanks

Spot on!  I'd actually just tried this myself, but you posted the answer before me so kudos and points to you.

To clarify, the driver "HP Proliant Management Controller driver" was installed with a native Server 2012 driver.  By downloading the version listed above and setting the .EXE to run in Windows 7 compatibility mode, the driver was replaced with the latest version.  Once that was done the Proliant Support Pack was able to install the previously unavailable components, specifically the HP Insight Management Agents.

Thanks again.
