Windows 7 Prof 64 bit - XP Mode error

My Pc is a Leonovo M72e and it came preinstalled with XP mode.  Following the instructions I set the BIOS to enable the virtuaization.  I am also  attaching the Leonovo instructon fyi.  When I click on the Windows virtual Pc then the xpmode, I get the errors as in the attached file.  Although the pc is under warranty but Lenovo support  could not figure things out and put me on to Microsoft support, who say that it is a hardware issue.   Please see the snapshot of the intel chip detail and thus I am at a lost why iCore 5 is giving me this problem?
I am sure there are some Lenovo users and hope some Experts can suggest the fix.
Thank u.

I salute the Experts who responded.  U are far more superior of those experts at Lenovo and Microsoft put together, just fancy that when I called Micrsoft support, they just discounted my pc hardware of not being compliant - and they dd not know that had a tool to detect, even their level 2 technician gave the same reply.  Maybe the year end parties had their toll the vino and beer has still not left their system yet.
Lenovo just did not know how to support the XP mode although they tout that they will support whatever is installed with the pc.
So our Gurus and Experts at EE should be very honored to know that they are  par excellence.  Thank you, well done and keep up the good work.
